SIM cards/Airtime

We recommend that you purchase a SIM card and airtime made in your destination country. That is the best guarantee that they will work when you arrive. The "international" cards are less reliable and generally more expensive.

We have started stocking SIM cards and prepaid airtime to make our site a one-stop site for your international telecommunication needs. You can activate your phone and start calling minutes after you clear customs at your destination. 

The SIM cards sometimes come with a complimentary 2 or 3 minuts of airtime, enough for one quick call. The airtime we sell will give you 15 to 30 minutes of airtime,depending on the particular carrier's rates. 15 to 30 minutes is generally enough airtime to get by with until you can "top up" from a local retailer.
